Export customs declaration

Clients only need to provide the goods name, quantity, specifications, gross weight, net weight, total amount, export destinations, etc. If the import or export goods need statutory inspection or the identification of commodity inspection bureau, it needs to make a declaration in the local Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau before export and provide additional inspection authorization letter. Import customs declaration  

Basic procedures of professional documents examination, documents making, dispatch note, taxes payment, inspection and other relevant work. The main process of import customs declaration is: declaration, documents audit, goods inspection, taxation transaction, final clearance, cargo transportation.

For import and export customs declaration, different goods have different regulatory conditions. It needs to confirm regulatory requirements and required documents of the goods before the customs declaration in order to cooperate the rapid customs clearance of our company.

◆Import inspection

In imported goods inspection, foreign trade contracts, foreign invoices, packing list, bill of lading, arrival notice of imported goods (also known as "goods flow list") and other relevant documents.

1. For the allocation of quality, specifications and safety inspection, it needs to provide foreign inspection certificates, instructions and the relevant standards and technical information; for the deal by sample, reference samples shall also be submitted;
2. For weight identification, the foreign quality, moisture inspection certificate and weight bills should be submitted. For the application of wood material identification, it needs to provide foreign wood material volume list;
3. For the application of damaged goods identification, cargo inspection identification, stowage identification and average identification, it needs to provide the bill of lading, sea freight bulk items, tally outturn list, railway business records and air accident records in the goods port connection;
4. The ship shall provide log book, maritime report, shipping bill, stowage plan, hold inspection certificate, hold inspection report and other relevant information;
5. For the application of foreign investment property value, variety, quality, quantity and damage identification, it also needs to provide property list, invoice value, various value certification, the already used service life of property, property maintenance situation and other related information;

In handling domestic entrustment inspection, the applicants shall also provide the inspection sample, inspection standards and method in addition to filling in “entrustment inspection list” according to the requirements. While transacting entrustment inspection, the applicants shall also provide relevant correspondence information.

◆Export inspection

In the inspection clearance of exported goods, it needs to generally provide foreign trade contracts (or sales confirmation and correspondence), the original copies or replication of letter of credit. If necessary, provide the script. If there is supplementary agreement in the contract, provide supplementary agreement. If there are changes in the contract and letter of credit, it needs to provide contract, the amendment or changed correspondance. For those who adopt accounting method for calculation due to long-term trade contracts, all foreign trade import and export companies send coy of contract to commercial inspection institutions once a year. In the inspection application, it only needs to filled out the contract number and doesn’t need the attached contract copies of each batch. For the quality, specifications, quantity, weight, safety and health inspection application of goods within the range of hazardous articles or statutory inspection, exported goods packaging property inspection qualification documents shall be issued by commercial inspection institutions. Then inspection institutions handle the above various inspection procedures.

1. The goods with the deal shall be provided and confirmed by foreign buyers. In the contract, letter of credit shall clarify the sample that shall be signed by commercial inspection institutions. For the negotiated goods by temporary sample, the applicants shall submit a copy of sample serial number and number to commercial inspection institutions. For clothing, textiles, shoes, arts and crafts and other goods, it also needs to submit swatches cards, color cards or samples that can’t be expressed in the inspection clearance.
2. For the goods that are required to handle sanitary registration and exported goods quality license in commercial inspection institutions, it needs to provide sanitary registration or export quality license and factory inspection qualified list issued by commercial inspection institutions. If frozen, aquatic products, livestock products and canned food transact sanitary certificate, sanitation registration certificate and factory inspection certificate shall be issued;
3. If the qualified goods verified by the commercial inspection institutions of shipping point need to apply for exchanging certificate at the port, it needs to submit the original copy of “exported goods inspection exchanging certificate(the abbreviation “exchanging certificate voucher”) issued by the commercial inspection institutions of shipping point;
4. For the goods inspected by the production and operation department, it needs to submit the inspection result list;
5. For the goods that are not qualified for the first time and apply for the repeated inspection after rework, they shall be submitted to the original commercial inspection institutions for the issuance of unqualified notes and rework arrangement records;
6. For the application of weight/ quantity identification, weight detailed list, packing list and other information shall be submitted;
7. For the application of stowage identification and supervision loading, stowage drawing, stowage plan and other information shall be submitted;
8. For the application of exported goods packaging operational evaluation, the packing performance inspection qualification list issued by commercial inspection institutions shall be submitted;
8. For the application of entrustment inspection, the applicant shall fill in the “entrustment inspection application form” and submit inspection samples, inspection standard and methods.

While handling entrustment inspection formalities, foreign clients shall provide related correspondence and information.
Customs data: list, contract, invoice, manual, verification sheet, etc.; fill in and seal the customs declaration entrustment and seal one blank letter paper for backup demand in the customs declaration process.
